Wenjie Dou earned a B.S. in physics from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2013 and a Ph.D. in theoretical chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania in 2018. His Ph.D. work focused on modeling nonadiabatic dynamics near surfaces. From 2018, He is a postdoc at UC Berkeley working on stochastic implementation of electronic structure theory for excited states. He will be starting his independent career as an assistant professor at Westlake in Jan. 2021.

Vahid Mosallanejad received two M.S. degrees in Condensed Matter Physics and Photonics from University of Guilan and Kerman Graduate University of Technology, Iran respectively in 2007 and 2011. Later, he has been granted a PhD in Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China, USTC, in 2017. He had worked as a postdoctoral researcher at USTC, Hefei from 2017 to 2021.In July 2021 he moved to Westlake University continuing his research career. His research lies in the theory of quantum transport in low-dimensional semiconductors, and dynamics of open quantum systems.

Yu Wang earned a B.S. in chemistry from Jilin University in 2013 and a Ph.D. in physical chemistry also from Jilin University in 2019. Her Ph.D. work focused on quantitative evaluations of decay mechanism of transition metalcomplexes (Ir) and ligands decoration for higher quantum efficiency design. From 2019 to 2021, she is a postdoc at Thsinghua University working on theoretically evaluated the quantum efficiencies of Au and Pt transition metal complexes. From 2021 to 2023, she is a postdoc at Westlake University working on developing nonadiabatic dynamics methods with light matter interaction. She will be starting her research assistant professor career at Westlake in 2023.

Yongtao Ma earned his B.S. on Applied Chemistry in Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology in 2009 and PhD on Physical Chemistry in Jilin University in 2016. His Ph.D work focused on PES construction and Ro-vibrational Spectroscopy Calculation. From 2016, He was a postdoc at TTU and UVM working on molecules reaction dynamics. He was a Research Assistant Professor from 2019 to 2023 in Shandong University where he became interested in nonadiabatic dynamics theory. In November 2023, he moved to Westlake University continuing his research career.

Rui-Hao Bi recieved his Bachelor’s degree in July 2021 at Xiamen University, major in chemistry. After graduation, he took a gap year and joined a research internship for the next year. He worked on a machine learning accelerated molecular dynamics (MLMD) study on TiO2 (rutile)-water interface. He joined our group as as a PhD candidate in August 2022.

Yunhao Liu acquired a B.S. in microelectronic science and engineering of Hefei University of Technology in 2018 and a M.S. degree in theoretical and computational chemistry of Nanjing University in 2021. Then he has been engaged in software development of EDA for one year. Now he is a PhD candidate in this group from Aug. 2022.
